i have only set up my email addy to be my tmo.blackberry.net addy. i never had another email account except my work addy which i would use for personal use. so since i got my bb i just gave all my personal contacts the new address.
am i missing something or do the gmail users usually have this account when they get thier bb and just push it to their carrier addy.
From what I understand, most gmail users (like myself) add their accounts to their carrier's BIS and have gmail pushed directly to their bb's. You can however (like you describe above) just go into gmail's settings and forward email to your bb's carrier email address.
