Are there any alternatives (competition) to instagram?

I'm really against getting instagram for many reasons but would still love an app that does something similar where I can post my pics and my friends and family can see and follow.

What about Picture This? Seems to be an app/service centred around creating pictures of a certain theme to compete/compare with others.

Might not be exactly the instagram-genre, but if you are just into sharing images with others it may be nice.

I like Flickr. The Android app works on BB10. I like the way they let you set the copyright terms on your photos. You can store full resolution pictures too.

Just use Facebook. No security concerns since they own instagram too. Having both apps seems pointless.

Bbm channels can be administrated from the web browser. Not sure to what extent
