    I just bought a 8830. the problem is this whenever i am on a call and a next call is coming in i dont get the beep to let me know that there is a next call coming in. can somebody help me please as this is causing me to miss out on alot of calls.

    I would call the carrier. There's nothing much that you can fix on your own.
    As long as you have call waiting enabled, you should get that beep.

    Go into the phone options on your BB, and make sure that you have a yes after the call waiting enabled.
