so I'm on my second bb and my last one worked fine.. when i got this curve 8330 that i have now for some bizarre reason the aim does not work at all... I have the app on it and when I try to log on it says " this hand held cannot run this" I took it to sprint and they have no idea... anyone ????

I would try to uninstall and reinstall it, downloading the reinstall directly from blackberry's site.

Uninstall and re-download the app from mobile.blackberry.com
Maybe somehow the wrong version got installed.

USB allow
Bluetooth Allow
Everything else "prompt"

Interactions (Custom)
Interprocess Communication Allow
Device Settings Modifications - Allow
Media Acces - Allow
Module Mangement - Allow
Theme Data Injection - Allow
Everything else "deny"

User Data - ALLOW
Everything in this section should be allow.

If not permissions...are you on a BES that might have it disabled? Or are you BIS?

ETA: One other possibility...does Sprint have it locked out for some reason (and the rep you dealt with just didn't know it)?
