When I use aim with 4.5 OS I often do not get new IMs unless I hit "refresh list" Once in a while I will but mostly no.. leads me to think no one is talking. Then I get all the IMs at once and everyone thinks I haven't been talking to them...
Pretty widespread, among different devices and different carriers. I got fed up with it today and deleted the client from my Alltel 8130. I downloaded the latest beta of Instango and it works right well. I'm not a heavy Berry IM user, so I'm not crushed that the "official" AIM client doesn't work right. But it *should* work right. Hopefully the problem is being worked on.
