    I just wiped a former co-workers BB Curve. Everything was successfully removed. Now when a new user tries to go into the email settings to add their account, it is asking for the previous users password to manage the email? So something must be related to the PIN being registered to someone else? Any idea how to fix this?

    If not was it on a BES? If so you probably need to remove the IT policy on it.

    It doesn't use BES. We connect through the Internet mail account. I can try the policy, but I doubt that is it issue

    It was wiped by going to the Options --> Security --> Security Wipe

    make sure the pin is released from that persons BIS acct through the service if someone else is using it and added to the new persons BIS acct

    That's what I assumed the issue was...this person is long gone though. How do I get it released from the former employee?
