    My BBM list is growing fast.. and I'm loving it! The new revamped BBM is awesome but now having to send an old fashioned TEXT msg just seems archaic and frankly quite boring... who else thinks feels me on this?!

    Agree with the OP completely and BB10 isn't even here (US) yet. Texting feels disconnected compared to a BBM conversation.

    Does BB10 show a "D"/"R" for pictures now?

    No 'D/R'. It does track it by showing progress and then says 'Picture Sent'. I can't wait until that option shows up.

    The MAIN reason I stay with Blackberry is because of BBM. With the recently added BBM wifi phone and now BBM Video , nothing compares.

    It sucks going back to texting after using BBM. Unfortunately, it sucks even worse not being able to talk to anyone you know in real life on BBM because they've all left BlackBerry. Sooo yea, text sucks, but being able to use it with pretty much anyone makes it infinetly better than BBM.

    I'm not into talking to total strangers just to have a use for the feature. So for me, BBM is a great app that I no longer get to use.
