When the phone rings on an incoming call flipping it should mute the ringtone but it doesn't

Too new of software I think. I've had the classic for a while and screen light up for new msg works here n there
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but flip to mute only mutes the incoming calls when it's already facing down. For example when I'm in a meeting I alway place my phone facing down so that it's in muted mode. But I've never actually tried it when the phone is already ringing

STL100-1 here, doesn't work either.

The features haven't worked for me on any of the leaks. That's with using autoloaders and not, and I haven't even been restoring anything either. I have a Verizon Z10 (STL-4 I believe).
Ya calm down ppl. Security wipes and reloads. It's not gonna work. Relax. It's a brand new feature and will need an update seemingly. Jesus. Go play outside or something
