    Hi all,
So ever since about 10.2.1, I have been getting recurring notifications that say "Account Info needed" for my yahoo account. When I click it, it sends me to the account page, but it is never actually able to open the account page (therefore the problem can't get fixed.) I've manually gone to my accounts page, but when I do I find there is nothing actually missing from the account info. It is annoying because the notification always makes a sound and it's awkward in class and meetings haha.
Has anyone had this problem/solved it?
    Thanks!

It's an annoying notification that does not mean anything. I used to get them for all 7 of my email accounts on 10.2 and 10.3 leaks. I am now on 10.3.1.1151 and no longer receive these error messages.

I've gotten that issue several times. I believe it's a yahoo issue whenever they make updates as I've never had it for another email account. Just resend information on your blackberry to yahoo. Personally I blame crummy yahoo email.

I'm pretty sure this is due to a disconnect upon restore when upgrading your OS during a destructive upgrade.

I have 3 happening right now related to Twiggly and External. Some I've been able to get rid of by re-installing and re-login into the application. But these three I've had no luck.

Would be great to get someone to shed some light on this situation and provide a fix.

It is definitely a Yahoo problem. It started for me 2 years ago. I spent hours on the phone with Asus, AT&T, Comcast etc. I kept getting a pop-up saying I had to update my password. Sometimes it happened so often I had to stop working on the computer.

Fast forward. I have a new computer, new phones, and an old iPad. Guess what? It happens on ALL of them!!! So it is Yahoo, not your phone, that is the problem. Lately it doesn't happen as often. On my computer I can just hit OK without typing anything. On the BB and iPad I have to enter my password, which is a pain!!

I have that happening with my Yahoo email account as well at random times. I just leave it alone and it resolves itself. Only to happen again at some point later.

Yup that's right, I'm getting the error for twitly, igran, already working Gmail, I think it's a restore issue, dunno how to fix it,

For accounts that show up I suggest you delete it and re add it, twittly and I gran I have no clue

It's very weird. Yesterday it happened constantly on my computer, not the phone. Must be sun spots!!!

This happened to me on my Z10 when I restored from backup after installing a leak. Did not happen on my Q5 as I did not do a restore but set all my accounts up manually.

I just put the new leak on my Z10 and only restored my app data, nothing from FB or Twitter or BBM. Not getting the message anymore. Also getting ridiculous battery life.
