Just purchased a sprint 8330 curve. Messed around with it for a few days. Installed a 8 gb card. Then restored the phone back to 'factory settings'. Now I go to the setup wizard to setup my gmail email...it is asking me for my pin and esn. Once I enter those i get the message "An account already exists for this PIN."

How do I get my email setup?

    Thanks in advance!

Think of resending your service books as resetting the configuration
    files for your phone.

Did you buy it from Sprint or an idividual? If not from Sprint, then you'll need to call them and ask them to release the PIN because the previous owner already had the BIS setup.

If it's new from sprint, the PIN should be clean. I bet they set up your BIS at the store and you didn't know. Now it won't let you set up a new one because you're already set up. Call Sprint and ask your username and a temp password then login in here to view any current accounts on your PIN.

I called sprint. They walked me right through. Might be the only good experience i have ever had with any company by calling them.
    Thanks for the help everyone!
