    I am trying to find out what OS version I have. Ex: 4.5.xxx. For some reason when I go to options>about I cannot select it. Nothing happens. I have done a battery pull, but still no luck.

    Any ideas as to why this would be happening and is there another way to find my OS version?

    It's because you deleted Voice Activated Dialing, hold down ALT and type EACE, that will take you to the help screen...
