Replace my BB dead services on my Pearl 3G, im not coughing up for a Z10 outright aswell I have a law degree to pay for....and my carrier will willingly give me unlimited calls and texts for �26 but remove my unlimited BB data for 750mb.....meh to that.

So can any users of 9860 tell me is it worth the �150 I'm planning to spend?

I love the phone. The OS less so. Especially since there's a better one out now. If it were possible I would've paid a few hundred dollars to upgrade the phone from 7 to 10.

You can get mint ones on eBay for 70-80 pounds, or you can get a 9900 for 160
Just an option to save a bt of cash if you do decide to go with a 9860

Gotta be touchscreen, my Storm died the day I got it, blackscreen of death when standby, Vodafone AU nor BB would replace so I refused to pay the contract.
Only needed for use with my PB.

Have not trusted BB touchscreen yet, ready to jump !

Can a mod move to 9860 forum please.

I had one for a year. It was a great phone. I had no issues with it typing on it was great too. Takes a little too get used to but it is a good BlackBerry.

I, also, had a 9860 for a year. It is a decent phone but I had some issues and it. Mainly the front buttons would stop working occasionally.

I used it mainly as a connection for my playbook which was perfect except when I was using it as a keyboard for the PB. If auto correct was turned on on both devices then interesting things started happening.

It's built like a brick: I dropped it from shoulder hight onto an asphalt road... it bounced. total damage: a small dent in the road and a small scratch on the phones top right corner.

It's a decent phone but the Z10 is leaps and bounds ahead of it in most areas.
