Have the Verizon 9630 and a 2009 Chevy Traverse. About a month ago my 9630 suddenly stopped connecting to the Traverse via Bluetooth. Removed and re-paired many times. Same issue in my wifes 2009 Traverse. (Yes we own 2 identical Traverse's, except for color.)
So today I allowed the upgrade to the latest software. It still will not stay paired with the Traverse. Now it connects for 1 second, then disconnects.
Even more frustrating-I deleted the Traverse from the Blackberry, and it is still CONSTANTLY trying to re-pair! The only way to stop it is to turn off Bluetooth.
Take it in for repair. You've eliminated outiside sources as the BT issue since you have 2 identical vehicles with identical BT systems. Something probably happened to the BT in your Tour. Just my .02.
