    Too late. I got the 9700 which btw is BIS locked.

    But I'm getting in touch with the seller to solve this problem..

    Hopefully you get that issue resolved. the 9700 is a great phone. Looks good works good feels good. its all good.

    Yes I know! Is a shame that the BIS doesn't work with this one, I was so excited..

    And hopefully it will be resolved soon.
