    Apologies as I am new with the Blackberry, but I have my 8830 set up to forward emails from my work account (not a true sync due to technology issues) to the blackberry email address on the handheld.

    I have received emails appropriately for the past 24 hours - with one exception. One email from a co-worker has been sent to my BB nearly 500 times. I have deleted it from my laptop and he has deleted it from his. There is no phatom email sitting on the Exchange server in the office.

    I have tried just about everything short of throwing the phone out the window. Anyh ideas? Tips? Therapy options?
