    Hi all,

I have a Blackberry 8820, but I cannot connect to any wifi networks, except ATT wifi hotspots. It is issued by UCLA, is it possible that they locked the wifi? If so, how can I remove this lock?

    Thanks in advance!

It is definitely possible, and most likely probable, that UCLA has indeed pushed a Wi-Fi policy to your phone. I think the only way to remove it is to get in touch with your IT/BES Administrator.

Wish I could be of more help.

    Thanks for the reply!

I've heard that there are ways I can undo the wifi lock by myself, and that it's complicated, but if someone can point me in the right direction I'm up for trying.

BES admins have complete control over your phone. You need to talk to the admin.

Don't look for DIY solutions if you can get it done just by talking to someone.
