Hello all how is every one today. I am from canada and I have my 8330 on the sasktel network. I am looking for a barcode scanner that will work on my phone and work on my network. I have tried the scanner that comes with bbm but cant get it to work with any thing else but bbm. I hope some one here can offer some help. I will take this time to thank every one know.

What type of barcodes are you trying to read.

The only barcode app i've used is Scanlife.

scanlife is not supported by my phone or my operating software or my carrier

I tried the barcode scanner apps while I was on the 8330 myself with near zero positive results. The main limitation is the 8330 camera, which has almost no close-in capability. The code pics can't get enough resolution in many instances to work on a consistent basis.

It actually wasn't until I got the Style and a 5MP camera that the ScanLife app I use worked well.
