Which specs on the phone were you looking at? The hardware is definitely 2.0 since it supports the A2DP and AVCRP profiles. I'm guessing you saw a driver version number, not the version of the BT standard.
Can anyone please help me out. I have a bluetooth car kit and a 8330. My car kit and phone connected fine when a initially set up the phone. Once I turn off my car and back on, the two devices show that they are paired together but when I get a call, the call comes through the phone and not the car kit. I have tried multiple configurations. The only time it will work is when I manually connect to the car kit from my phone before I turn the ignition key on. Which defeats the purpose of having the phone in my briefcase and bluetooth all together.
If anyone out there has a hardwired bluetooth that work flawlessly with the curve please let me know. I am itching to get back to full bluetooth connectivity.
