my At&t curve 8310 bluetooth will not stay connected. anytime i try to send anything its pops up the error msg -failed to find service-

What are you trying to BT? If you are trying to BT over mp3s you will need to have a media card installed first.

For bluetoothing media you need to:
Pair Devices
on BB go to Media > BB menu button > Receive Using Bluetooth
send file from other source

After struggling somewhat with my BlackBerry Curve, I realized that using bluetooth on BB is not exactly the same as using BT on a Windows Mobile phone/smartphone/PDA.

Before using BT with a BB, you need to have the BB Desktop Manager (DTM) installed and the bluetooth options selected in the Options page of the BB DTM. Also, the BB DTM should be running as otherwise the BT connection on the BB will not work.
