    Which one would you prefer? I know one has GPS an the other has WIFI, other than those two differences correct me if I'm wrong they are identical..

    Purely from the standpoint of flexibility I'd say the 8320.

    You can add GPS to the 8320 with an external receiver. You can't
    add WiFi to the 8310.

    An external receiver add GPS capability to a device that does not
    have a built in receiver.
