I have a BB 8100 Pearl, BDM 4.6 (no media manager) and it worked perfectly well syncing and doing all the good things it was supposed to.

However, at work we recently moved to Kerio MailServer 6.4 which installs locally the Kerio Outlook Connector (an app that syncs my Outlook with the mailserver) and since then when I try to sync my BB with Outlook it crashes.

It has happened at various stages and is seriously annoying - my BB calendar is now well out of date and my address books are getting way out of sync.

I have checked the Event Viewer and I get the following info:
