    simple... people call and they charge them, and then said person gets unlocked code. very simple.
    But if the person is smart the would use other unlocking companies that are cheaper

    Locking down phones bought at full retail should be illegal to begin with. Heck, even their subsidized costs are bogus up there.

    Haha at least its better than what Bell customer sells unlock codes for..... $100. Just ridiculous just buy the code from cellunlock or freethisberrydotcom
