Depends what you are calling 4G, if you mean LTE, no BB currently has the hardware to do that. But 4G is a over used marketing term than can be applied to HSPA+ which BB do support. So in reality HSPA+ is faster than the original 3G spec but not as fast as true 4G/LTE, so it's more like 3.5G. Which in reality is more than fast enough for most of us.
