I know that this issue has came up in the past. I haven't seen a fix yet. I am trying to upgrade to 4.5 os on my pearl 8100 with ATT service. I have removed the vendor files and not removed the vendor files. Either way DM will not recognize the 4.5 0s (no updates available). I have already upgraded 1 pearl with no hitches. I have a few more to go. Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Also I am on BES and was wandering if I could upgrade someone elses phone on my pc? I am a little hesitant because I'm not sure if DM would sync to my email account?

Yes SD is right. Fogot to tell you dont get the one with media manager. Also are the other pearls your going to do the upgrade on going to use the same OS?
I wish RIM would just pull DM 4.7 for now. I went toe to toe with DM 4.7 last night at my buddies house while upgrading both of our Pearl 8130's to the new Sprint OS. The sucker would not budge on saying there is no updates available, i uninstalled 4.7 and installed 4.6 without media manager, had both devices updated in an hour. All is good, that buggy DM 4.7 put up a good fight, in the end i still won...
Exactly rlp, this was the first time i ever ran into an issue while doing an upgrade, i run different carrier's OS's all the time, so it didn't take long for me to figure out what was up...
