I just updated to version 4.3 for the BB Device Manager. After opening it, I don't see any sign of the Application Loader of Media Manager, just properties for the BB > computer connection, composed of four tabs. What's up? Where's all the software at?

Desktop Manager is available in several configurations. Some have very complex Roxio Media Manager, others have the stripped down version.

If you belive you have the full verison, rerun the install program and select the Custom ... button. From there you can select or remove components.
