So BlackBerry held an event previewing the 10.2.1 OS. Why did CB not have a single news post on this?

Even if the event reiterated what *some * people may already know, surely it was more newsworthy than, say, a car parking game.

    Anyone else surprised?

I understand what you're saying, but maybe no one covered it because all the 10.2.1 features were already covered in the last month or two and that even those that didn't have any 10.2.1 leaks installed already read about it.
but still, i understand that someone should have wrote something about it

Even just to say that the features on the leaked OS were official. It's news.

CB used to be my one stop BlackBerry site. I found myself searching elsewhere.

But still, all the "news" that you found elsewhere was already covered on CB...so what's the point of reading something you already knew...
It might be news for some, but all of the 10.2.1 talk is old news for the CB community...

There was an event. There could have been news or no news.

The fact that there was no new news was news to me and surely is newsworthy. Perhaps you knew there was no new news? How? Do you have a new way of knowing if the news is simply that there's no news?

LOL to many news for me to handle! but i knew it wasn't new news because those news were reported as news back when they were new news one month ago. O2 UK hint at a BlackBerry 10.2.1 January 2014 release | CrackBerry.com and because i had .1925 when it was new, so it's not new anymore.
so maybe it was new news but i really think that was old news since it was news on the 29th of December therefore making it old news

    Lol

    Fair enough.

I suppose what I was waiting to hear was whether 10.2.1.1925 is what we will be getting.
