My wife and I each have a Blackberry... one Storm and one Tour. We'd like to sync them on our one desktop computer... we have two separate logins on Win XP Pro but DDM wants to only recognize my BB Storm...

I've search the forums with no success thus this post.

Any direction to appropriate threads or reply's to my dilemma would be appreciated.

When you installed DM did you install it to be used by Everyone who uses the computer? or just a single user

I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the DM and ensuring you've set it to work with all users.

I know I use a 8330 and a 9630 on a single computer. though I don't have separate user accounts.

Make sure that its installed for all users to use. I use the Tour & my wife uses a Curve 8330 and we don't have any problems connecting or syncing. Using w7, DM 5, & Outlook 2007.
