    I can't get service at all on my 8130. It gives me a few bars, and under it says 1x. I've tried a battery pull to no avail. What's wrong with it, and how can I fix it?

    It means you don't have a signal. Alltel might be having some network issues at the moment. If it doesn't come back in the next 20 minutes or so, try another battery pull. If that still doesn't fix it, call Alltel.

    Still isn't back. Maybe the tower near me is down....
