I agree. I didn't think the Apache or any of the earlier HTC phones were bad, either. I definitely don't think these devices should be there next to stuff like the Kin or Flipout, which were just awful.

I still have my Apache here in a junk drawer.

Yeah, it's ugly by today's standards, but it was pretty cool "back in the day" (which in smartphone terms wasn't all that long ago).

I think a lot of Android phones are quite cheap looking. Especially in the hands, they feel cheap as well.

I suppose beauty-or ugliness-is in the eye of the beholder!

Actually, I didn't think any of them were that bad. The Nokia at number one is a little odd, but probably has its fans somewhere in the World.

LOL, 8700 was goofy looking, my friend had one, with the trackwheel thing.

As ugly as LG VX8300 might have been, that thing got reception everywhere. Dropped it a thousand times, and doused it twice and still worked.

Disagree with No. 10 on this list. The LG VX9800 (The V) was one of the best phones I ever had. It lasted me three years before it died out due to massive use, plus it was a big phone for my hands while the whole "small, cute phones" phase was still in effect.

If I didn't have a BlackBerry, I'd probably still have my enV or some relative of it, because I just liked that line of phones overall.

Yahoo was the site that said the Xbox controllers were better than PS3 Controllers because there were no battery packs.
The reviewer said that you had to throw the PS3 controllers awayand buy new ones.
360 only had to throw away the battery pack. -_-

My wife had #13, the Samsung SGH, it wasn't that bad a phone, it was small and fit easily in her pocket.

I agree 100% with 2 and 7. The instant I saw those phones in stores I was like "who the **** would design a phone to look like that."

    Number 6 looks like a walkie-talkie.
Number 5 looks like a home phone.
Number 4 looks like a universal remote control.

    Good find.

The whole article was oozing with Apple iPhone lust. I'm sure the guy that wrote the article likes to "master bait" to pictures of his iPhone bent over with Steve Jobs uploading his hardware into its connection port.

Cosign on the love. I had this phone for almost 3 years before I got my very first Berry, the 8130. Loved that one too.
