    after updating 10.3.1 not booting after 99% tried reload reset nothing seems to be working , 10.2.1 works fine but none of 10.3 ,10.3.1 and 10.3.2 is working . When this will be fixed ?

    Go to claim to BlackBerry expert centre, my friend in Indonesia experience the same thing and BlackBerry replace his phone
