    In on 10.2.1, I don't know which hut I've loaded it twice and still have the issue.

    I know 1055 had that problem. But it was fixed in the last few builds.

    Maybe I will try to update to the latest this weekend. Either way, 10.2 hasn't been released by AT&T, let alone 10.2.1, so as far as most Americans are concerned the issue is still there.

    i can agree with that..

    i guess the point i was making with saying we don't "need" 10.3 right now was to say that the latest builds of 10.2.1 (2141/2102 and higher i'd say) are as close as a 1-yr OS can get to being bug-free and having most of the go-to features that OS7 users wanted... and you are right that some of these are leaks like 2947, but 2141 is an officially released and available OS... but the fact that many of the U.S. carriers haven't released it is a completely different issue...

    so in other words, we "need" 10.3 less than we need EVERYONE to have 10.2.1 in the first place... the OS (10.2.1+) is not the problem, or at least not anywhere on the list of their top 3 problems even... basically, imo they would be better off fixed some of their other major problems (marketing, perception, carrier support) and keep 10.3 on the back burner until they did that, instead of rushing to finish 10.3 but not improving any of the other things in the mean time.

    Well, for me the new OS(10.3..) will be release after the examination about it.. waiting for some bug issues, fixes in Beta Zone.
