    Every now n then I get a new spark on my text msg... but when I look there is no new msg.... that never happened on 10.0

    So far it's been running buttery smooth with no issues. My brother did tell me he wasn't able to open his texts but it worked itself out.

    Have you tried to reset the Hub using the five diagonal swipes from the upper right corner of the phone screen or a restart of the phone?

    I have restarted it it works normal for about 20 minutes then goes back to not responding I've done battery pulls same results

    At this point a security wipe and complete reload after a back up with BlackBerry Link may be in order. It will take a little time but getting a clean OS installed may be needed here.

    There are plenty of threads and instructions in the help section to get you through it. I'm keeping an eye on this thread so if you are having issues with the search I will chime back in.

    UPDATE: my Z10 crashed had to get a new one sent to me but 10.1 works like a charm on my new Z10 smh I lost my BBM Channel though

    Yeah but I think I need a new battery cause when I charge there is this red color that appears on the battery status not sure what it means and it let's out this strange sound then reboots

    That's not good. The battery is your most likely issue as long as you know that the charger is good. Did you let it charge fully before using it? I'm wondering if the battery is just completely dead.

    Found out what the issue was it was my charger. I was using the PlayBook charger but I will be ordering a new battery just in case. Haven't had any issues since buying this charger earlier today it fully charged it

    And it was only charging to 82% on the PlayBook charger then would reboot haven't done it since though

    That's strange. I use my PlayBook charger almost exclusively for it, the Z10 and the Q10 no problem.

    Glad to hear that you found the problem. I remember from a post by Kevin M. that we should be using the charger that comes with the phone only. I think he got the info from a BlackBerry tech.

    I think I remember seeing that I bought a universal charger from AT&T the store manager their has a Z10 as well
