I currently have my own 8310 and a work provided 8703e. The 8703e is on a BES and is linked to my work Outlook. I don't have my 8310 on a BIS yet, just using the Gmail app and syncing it to my personal Outlook at home (which I only use to backup my BB).

What I want to do however is to use Desktop Mgr on my work computer, sync my personal 8310's calendar to my work Outlook in hopes that it will go to my work 8703e without erasing my personal BB calendar or messing up the BES sync on my work BB but giving me access to my personal calendar on my work BB. Would this work out?

I don't know this for sure, but I would be willing to bet that there is an IT policy that prohibits that.

I thought there could be, but I haven't found one as of yet (though I probably should look closer just in case).

There isn't another way to transfer a calendar from one to another is there?
