I'm the proud owner of a Z30 & handed down my gently used Z10 to my wife. Yesterday, while in my car, I made a BBM Voice call to her (she was at a doctors office) and I was absolutely amazed!!

Her voice sounded so clear. I'd say it was 300% clearer than calls we make on AT&T's network. I heard background details that I never would on the networks voice system. Neither of us had to shout at our phones. In fact, we were almost at a whisper!

I'll be using BBM voice as often as possible going forward. It's just that much better.

Why on earth do mobile voice calls sound so crappy? Call quality today is the same or worse than it was in 1990!! And I've used all major US and International carriers!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I agree, where the heck is HD Voice?
I'm on Verizon and I think that they are just holding off for Voice over LTE. For VZW they have voice sent through CDMA and data on LTE.
Not sure what the hold up for AT&T is.

I'm on Rogers and most of my calls are HD (as long as a call a compatible phone that also supports HD). But in my opinion, BBM Voice sounds even better than HD calls.
