Is there still no news on a dark/black theme BBM?
Send them a request. I put in a feature request for it. A BBM rep responded by saying that I can change my chat background to black. I responded by saying that a black chat background is not the same as a dark theme. If they get more similar requests, they might actually do it. In the meantime, I'm using the dark theme that came with the BB10 version on my Passport.

Dark theme just arrived today with v1.5 of BBM Enterprise
Dark themed BBM has been something that was officially asked for years ago... since before dark Hub was released. Like dark Hub, it was lower on the priority list, unfortunately.
Hopefully it'll see the light of day for non-Enterprise users.
