Why is it when I try to download BBM does it say unavailable for this device?

hi, I have tried to download bbm of the blackberry app world and it says currently unavalible for this device even though my phone is a blackberry 9320 im a little confused and was wondering if there is any way to get bbm on my phone?

It's been so long... I taught you could delete it on BBOS.

If you go to installed apps, does it show up there? Sometimes it is installed but the icon is missing. If it shows installed, delete it and then reboot. And then see if it will let you reinstall it.

BBM should be on your phone by default (and since it's a core app it can't be deleted).

Reload/update your OS.
