Why is my BBM instant previews not working?

I have instant previews turned onn in all options yet for BBM I do not get instant previews. It works for text messages and emails etc just not for bbm. I have tried to switch the settings on and off and rebooted the phone several times but with no luck. Please help!

Also instant preview for bbm groups are working and when a person pings me the preview shows just not when they send a normal message through bbm
