I have noticed that pictures sent through BBM get stored in app data and if you want to manually save the photo to the gallery, you have to tap options and then save it. That makes it two copies of the same picture, one in the app data and the other in the gallery.

In my opinion, this is not at all efficient. It takes up double the amount of space especially if you want to save a photo to your gallery. The pictures sent through BBM should be directly saved in the gallery.

This is after tapping save or is it automatically saved when somebody sends you a pic?
