    hi, i broke my q10 and sent it off for repair - wont have it for a week and a bit stuck without bbm!... tried to use my old handset to access bbm but not working - i put my bbid in but when i open bbm none of my contacts show... wondering if its because the old handset isnt running bb10? please help!!

    What's the device? If bbos phone then it'll not work, bbos have it's own data service and will not work on the normal service
