    I can't send or receive BBM messages. I can send and receive BBM calls. this is on my z10.

    Your BBM message is full try deleting some old messages to make room for new message

    Having the same issue. Do you delete bbm messages by end chats?

    I've got another thread about this. Exactly the same issue. I've tweeted @BlackBerryHelp and they've responded with further questions.

    Perhaps anyone experiencing this should contact them as well.
