Actually went ahead and got a Passport and when I logged into BBM and clicked to restore purchases, the World Cup stickers I bought don't download.

They aren't on the BBM sticker store either so I have no way of re-downloading them.

Removing the ability to download a sticker pack i have already paid for is bad form as far as I'm concerned and it is putting me off buying any more if BB can just decide to remove the ability to download them if you change devices.

Also, sticker packs need to be tied to a BBM login so if you change device, you still have access to the packs you have bought.

That's very strange. I restored the World cup stickers and other packs I had purchased without any issue after installing OS10.3.2 recently.
Would need to find the link to the specific World Cup sticker pack you purchased. Which national team was it?
Someone here could probably get the link for that specific pack even if it's no longer in the BBM Shop.
