    Despite only on PIN address in the contact, if John Doe changes his device, and I add in the new pin, both show up when I go to send a message. Very frustrating. One doesn't work or delivers to whomever is the new sap with the device. How do I clear the cache. Really frustrating.

    Have you edited her contact and deleted the old.

    Did you try going into the contacts app and deleting the old pin from there?
