Especially when you can share one pin between one BlackBerry phone and upto five PlayBooks.

It just causes so many problems. You need to add your friends, groups, and Channels x amount of times and your friends need to have multiple versions of you. And you need to create a bunch of different emails and need to rename each BBID something different so people know what device it is. I can't believe this hasn't been a priority.

BlackBerry state it's for "security", yet Google, MS and Apple all manage multiple sign-ins across devices.

Maybe we should start a petition on change.org?

I don't know, but it really needs to be addressed. I don't even have BBM on multiple devices right now but I can tell it must be a train wreck for those who do.

They could have a unique user name that auto forwards to the pin of your choice.

Or supply BlackBerry email addresses.

You could have it like Facebook but less invasive.. keeping a record of where a login takes place if it's on a new device/desktop or something and let's you know 'you've been signed in from a new place is this you'..

So you'll know if someone else uses your Gmail address and you'll know where they were when they did it..
