Searched the forums now and don't find similar posts:

I'm still trying to isolate what might cause it but here's the issue:

I send a message to someone I'm in a chat with. I put the phone down, time passes and the phone gets locked (have mine at 15 minutes). Other party replies to me, I hear the bbm notification sound, unlock my phone go to BBM and what I see in the chat is:
- my message (message 1)
- other party's response (message 2)
- text box where I write is circled in blu AND contains my exact message 1!...

Also, often the text box is circled in blu (which should mean is ready to accept text) yet my typing doesn't appear in it, I have to tap it again and then it's all ok...

yep I have seen this as well on q10 and z30 but yet to figure out an exact cause

"Glad" to hear I'm not alone in this!
I haven't tried deleting BBM because re-adding people is a pain I guess.

BBM is linked to your BBID, so you put in your BBID your contacts restore

Great, will give it a go with a delete and install then (guess channels will also be retored the same way then)
