    Right I know you should be able to do voice and video calls over a wireless connection, but in the latest version of BBM I just can't find the options. Any help please?

    Go to BBM, swipe from the top, go to Settings, General then "Allow BBM Calls Over Mobile Networks" if it's not there then your carrier likely opted to have it removed which they can request from BlackBerry.

    Thanks I could always do it on my UK z10 but could not find it on my Danish phone. The joys of living in one country and working in another.

    Ok the options say it is allowed but, no joy. Guess it is blocked here on my Danish z10.
