    My BBM program has not worked well At All ( no pics, voice messages) since the release with stickers. Any other Verizon user seeing a Decrease in quality since latest update? What can be done?

    No problems with Verizon currently on my end, although I'm using a Z30.
    What device do you have?
    If you are on a BB7 or lower device, do you have the BIS connection indication, the BlackBerry Dots next to your network signal?
    What happens if you turn on and connect to WiFi (if you have it)?

    It clear the chat for me after deleting it from the Hub. I had my chat set to 30 days too. I also can't delete single BBM notification from the hub, it has to be 2 or more delete it. Kind of annoying for me since I like to clear my hubs.

    Z30 .... which I love. Great phone and device. Just getting less out of BBM after getting non-bb users to sign up for it.
