Hi, i used my old bb id to restore all my bbm contacts in my iphone, everything is smooth other than the profile pic. I cant seems to change the propic. While it change in my device, it does not update the server. All my friends unable to see my propic.

I hv re install and restore for few times but cant seems to fix the issue.

Anyone with the same issue? Any suggestions? Thxx

Have you tried an alternative picture? Try using a camera picture and check back on the result.

Some pictures, since the start of BB10 have never worked for me, no idea why.

It could also be that it's still updating your stuff as you did come from an old BBID.

Hv tried all kind of picture and hv done several restore but doesnt solve the issue..

Suggestion is to be patient.

For a numbered of new cross platform users it took some time for it to settle in and have profile pictures show up.

I'm having the same problem and I created a new BBID the day the app was first released. Not a big deal at all for me, but hopefully they sort this out anyways.

Even me I have the same problem on my iPhone. I just deleted bbm, forgot abt it and rocking my Q10 as always <3<3
