i need to transfer the BBM list from 9720 to Q10, when i receive the phone, there is no BBID, but the bbm is working....so i create BBID, and after that update BBID..restart... i thought BBM list is already associeated in that BBID, so i SignIn this BBID to Q10, after signing in, there is no contact/backup in that BBID, how come? what is wrong with my procedure?? thanksss..btw BBM on 9720 is 7.0.1.24

You already had a BBID on your 9720. Did you create a new one again?
