    I only want to get BBM PM (Private Message) notification by sound, and silent all the groups notification (Chat, pictures).

    Is it possible to do that?

    I have searched all the settings in the BBM app, I think it is not possible to do that, but I want to ask here to confirm it.

    Apparently there isn't a way to do it on the Android version of BBM for some reason. Sorry!

    Was able to silence the group notifications.

    Go to the group then 3 dot, group settings turn off show chats in hub. I believe this will allow the current notification settings to work correctly.
