    I helped a friend switch from her Z10 to a Priv, but when I signed her in using her BB ID on the Priv it still left the BBM on the Z10 active. Is this suppose to happen? I thought it was suppose to switch over to the new phone, not create another BBM account. She now has two BBM accounts with the same BB ID.

    Same thing happened to me with my Priv and passport.
